He is a Professor of Quality and Logistics Management in Industrial Engineering at the American University of Technology in Tashkent, powered by Arizona State University. He has previously held academic positions at University West and Jönköping University, where he also served as Associate Dean for Internationalisation.
With extensive international experience, he has been a long-term Guest Professor at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand and has delivered lectures at leading universities across the region. He is also affiliated with Virtual Manufacturing Sweden AB.
His background includes senior leadership roles in academia, industry experience as a production engineer and quality manager, and consulting across multiple sectors. He holds a PhD in Logistics and Quality from Chalmers University of Technology.
His research focuses on integrating TQM, Lean, and Six Sigma to improve logistics and supply chain performance in complex environments.
