Shavkat has provided HSE consulting and training programs for leading global and regional organizations, including British American Tobacco, Nestlé, Ucell, and Uzpromsroybank.

Project Manager, Sustainable Architecture & Urban Planning
Otabek is a project manager and architect specializing in sustainable development, urban planning, decarbonization, and construction management. His career encompasses strategic leadership roles within international organizations like UNICEF, government entities such as the Ministry of Construction, as well as founding the architecture firm ARCHDEC. He holds a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and a background in architectural engineering from Tashkent Institute for Architecture and Civil Engineering.
