- Apply linguistic and SLA theories to language teaching.

- Design curriculum and assessments for diverse learners.

- Integrate digital tools and GenAI into language instruction.

- Demonstrate reflective, ethical, and inclusive teaching.

- Conduct applied research and complete a supervised practicum and capstone.

Capstone and Practicum

The capstone integrates theory, research, and practice. Students design and implement an applied TESOL project under supervision. The practicum involves supervised teaching (≈150 hours) at AUT partner schools or language centers, with reflective reports and mentor evaluation.
