Dr. Fazliddin Makhmudov is a researcher and educator specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Gachon University, South Korea.
Dr. Makhmudov has extensive teaching experience, having lectured at several institutions. He taught at Gachon University in South Korea and currently continues his academic career at the American University of Information Technologies.
His research lies at the intersection of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative Models. He has contributed to international research projects on Smart City technologies, Brain–Computer Interfaces, and AI Standardization, combining both theoretical and applied perspectives. His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, advancing areas such as emotion recognition, multimodal AI, medical image analysis, fire detection systems, and real-time fatigue detection.
