Omar Bahram is the CEO of the Uzbek-Oman Investment Company (UOIC), managing OIA’s portfolio in Central Asia. With over 13 years of experience in M&A, transactions, and legal advisory, he has led major international negotiations and private equity investments. Previously, he served as a legal advisor at OIA, focusing on privatization and strategic exits. His expertise spans the downstream oil and gas sector, greenfield projects, and infrastructure investments. He also holds non-executive directorships at Oman Infrastructure Investment Management and Majis Industrial Services.
