AUT hosts HR Leaders Forum with 40+ major companies in Uzbekistan

On 9 December, AUT had the pleasure of jointly hosting an important HR Leaders Forum together with the Tashkent HR Club, bringing more than 40 HR Directors from some of Uzbekistan’s largest and most influential companies — all members of the Tashkent HR Club.

The event began with an introduction to AUT and its vision, followed by my short presentation on The Future of HR in Uzbekistan – and How AUT Will Help Shape the Next Generation of People and Talent Leaders. The talk highlighted global shifts in HR practice toward people intelligence, AI-enhanced decision making, workforce analytics, and modern organizational development, and underlined AUT’s commitment to supporting this transformation through research, training, and applied learning opportunities.

The forum continued with an engaging panel discussion featuring our President, Mr Philippe, Ms Eugenia Massino, HR Director of Click, and myself, moderated by Mrs Hilola Suleymanova. Together, we explored how AI can support HR leaders in strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational innovation, sparking meaningful dialogue on how universities and industry can shape the future of HR together.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Marketing & Sales team for excellently organizing the event, and to Mrs Hilola Suleymanova, Founder and CEO of Da Vinci Management Consulting, and Director of the Tashkent HR Club for facilitating this joint gathering. We now look forward to continuing our collaboration with the Tashkent HR Club and our industry partners, and to launching an HR Innovation Lab at AUT in the near future as a shared platform for research, training, and HR transformation in Uzbekistan.
