The American University of Technology is excited to welcome our new Master’s students to Master’s Orientation Day this Saturday, September 19.

Join us for a morning of introductions, networking, and everything you need to get ready for your first week at AUT.

When & Where
Saturday, September 19
Registration: 9:30–10:00 AM
Location: AUT Campus

Please arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 AM to register, receive your welcome pack and room information, and get ready for the day.

What to expect
The day will begin with a welcome morning cofee and networking session, giving you the chance to meet fellow students, faculty members, and program coordinators.

After cofee break, AUT staff will guide students to their designated rooms for program introductions and orientation sessions.

You’ll learn more about your program, university resources, and what to expect during your first week at AUT. The main Orientation program will conclude in the early afternoon.

The brunch will take place across two floors:
• MA TESOL students — First Floor
• MBA & Global Management students — Second Floor

Faculty members and Program Coordinators will be there as well, so this is a great opportunity to meet your academic community in an informal setting.

Please dress as you would like to appear on your official AUT student ID.

MA TESOL: Online Participation
MA TESOL students can attend the Orientation either on campus or online.
The Microsoft Teams link for online participation will be sent to your AUT email.

Parking Information
Please note that AUT does not have a dedicated student parking area, so unfortunately, we are unable to provide on-campus parking.

If you’re planning to drive, paid parking is available at Humo Arena, located nearby. You can park your car in the multi-level parking garage and then visit the glass building on the 1st floor with your vehicle registration document to obtain a parking pass.

The parking fee is approximately 200,000 UZS / month. Humo Arena staff will be available to assist you and provide directions on-site.

Please allow some extra time for the short walk from the parking area to the AUT campus.
