Mr. Phillippe Mondada as its new President & CEO. He brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across Switzerland, North and Latin America, Central Asia, and Europe, with deep expertise in strategic growth, brand leadership, and global partnerships.
Mr. Mondada has held senior roles at Nestlé, including Regional Commercial Operations Manager for Nestlé Zone Americas, where he coordinated multi-billion-dollar operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In Central Asia, he built a full marketing organisation, achieved market leadership, and supported major joint ventures. In Uruguay, he led significant investments in manufacturing and distribution and earned international recognition, including a Cannes Promo Lion for the Nestlé El Chana campaign.
From 2019 to 2023, he served as Managing Director at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG, overseeing operations with annual sales over USD 300 million, 700+ staff, and two factories. He drove double-digit growth, improved profitability and cash flow, and strengthened production, logistics, and infrastructure to support fast business expansion.
Mr. Mondada holds a master’s degree from HEC Lausanne and completed executive programs at IMD and London Business School. He is fluent in English and German.
