Dr. Aisena Ivanova has over 10 years of teaching experience across South Korea, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. At AUT, she teaches marketing courses.
Dr. Ivanova earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Endicott College of International Studies, holds an MBA in International Business from SolBridge International School of Business, and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Food Science from Mongolia International University. She has also completed professional training in HR management at Moscow State University and in biotechnology at Seoul National University and GIST.
Dr. Ivanova has held academic leadership roles, guiding national (MNCEA) and international (ACBSP) accreditation processes in Mongolia, and directing multimedia and PR at Kyungdong University Global in South Korea. Her research integrates marketing, digital adoption, and service quality, bridging theory and practice while contributing to both academic knowledge and professional practice.
