100 Million Learners Global Initiative
Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundations is a comprehensive, self-paced online program designed to build practical entrepreneurship, business, and innovation skills for learners at all stages. Offered through the Francis and Dionne Najafi 100 Million Learners Global Initiative, the course is available at no cost to learners worldwide.
Across 18 modules, learners explore key areas including strategic planning and goal-setting, artificial intelligence and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, business growth and scaling, leadership and talent development, financial management and access to capital, marketing and branding, social entrepreneurship, intellectual property, business ethics, value chains, and effective use of social media.
The course requires no prerequisites and can typically be completed in 25–35 hours, allowing learners to progress at their own pace. Upon completing all modules, learners receive a digital badge and certificate of completion.
This program is designed to be accessible and flexible, with no barriers to entry and a format that fits around each learner's schedule.
The curriculum spans the core disciplines of modern entrepreneurship, from strategy and finance to ethics and digital marketing.
