Dr. Al Mamari has 20 years experience in higher education. He currently serves as the Director of Scholarships at Takatuf Oman. He has previously led education institutes and programs in Oman. Dr. Qasim holds degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York and a Doctorate from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology we he researched public service innovation through digital means and the lens of institutional theory.
