Professor Victoria Fontan, Rector of the American University of Technology, met with the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kongratbay Sharipov.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister congratulated Professor Fontan on her appointment as Rector of the University.

The discussion focused on expanding cooperation with leading U.S. universities, developing dual and joint degree programs, and increasing the involvement of American professors in academic programs and research initiatives.

The meeting reaffirmed a shared commitment to strengthening international academic partnerships and creating new opportunities for AUT students, faculty, and future collaboration
